Privacy Policy
This site belongs to BlueCore Automation, run by me, Tanvir Rahman. Here is exactly what data this website collects, where it goes, and how to get it removed. Plain English, no legalese walls.
What this site collects
Different parts of the site collect different things, and only when you use them:
- Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what device and browser they use. This happens on every page. It does not tell me your name.
- The free guide form. If you request the "5 Automations Any Business Can Copy" guide, you give me your name and email address. The email-only box in the homepage footer works the same way, just without the name.
- The "call me now" demo form. If you ask my AI receptionist to call you, you give me your phone number. The form also uses a lookup service (ipapi.co) to guess your country from your IP address, purely to pre-select the right country code.
- The chat widget (BayMax). Before chatting, the widget asks for your name and email. Your name and your chat messages are sent to my server so the AI can reply. The email address you type is kept in your browser's local storage to remember your conversation; the chat does not send it to my server.
- Email. If you email me at tanvir@bluecoreautomation.com, I have your email address and whatever you chose to write.
How I use it
Only for the thing you asked for:
- To send you the free guide you requested.
- To place the demo phone call you requested.
- To answer your questions in the chat.
- To reply when you email me or book a call.
- To see which pages and articles people actually find useful, so I can write better ones.
I do not sell your data, and I do not add you to spam lists. If you grab the guide, you hear from me about the guide.
Third-party services
I do not run everything myself. These services process some of your data when you use the matching feature, and each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Analytics measures site traffic using cookies (see the cookies section below).
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any host, it keeps standard server logs of requests to the site.
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) is where free guide signups go. Your name and email are saved as a contact there, and an automated workflow emails you the guide.
- Vapi powers the AI demo call. When you submit the "call me now" form, your phone number is passed to Vapi to place the call.
- Anthropic (Claude) generates the chat widget's replies. Your chat messages and first name are processed by it to produce each answer.
- Calendly handles booking for the free automation audit. Anything you enter while booking (name, email, answers) is handled on Calendly's platform.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve the site's fonts and the phone-input script, which means your browser requests those files from their servers.
- ipapi.co does the country lookup for the demo call form, as described above.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies so it can tell returning visitors from new ones and measure traffic. That is the only cookie-based tracking on this site. I do not run advertising or retargeting cookies of my own.
The chat widget uses your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember your conversation between visits. It stays on your device.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site keeps working without them.
How to get your data removed
One email is all it takes. Write to tanvir@bluecoreautomation.com, tell me the email address or phone number you used, and I will delete what I hold about you and take you out of any follow-up. You can also use the same address to ask what I have about you in the first place.
Changes to this policy
If I change how the site handles data (for example, by adding a new tool or form), I will update this page and the "last updated" date at the top. The version on this page is always the current one.
