I'm Tanvir Rahman, founder of BlueCore Automation, an AI automation agency with exactly one person in it: me. I build AI voice agents and custom automations for business owners who still do everything themselves. For five years I ran the backend operations inside other people's businesses, so I'm not learning this work from a brief. Every article on this site is written by me, and this page is the story behind it.

Where BlueCore came from

I started out as a graphic designer in 2018 and became a Top Rated freelancer on Upwork. In 2019 I started paying attention to the sales and marketing side of the businesses I was designing for. In 2020 I partnered with a business coach and took over his backend operations, and in 2022 I did the same for another one and stayed until 2025.

Five years of it. Different owners, different tools, the same job every time: I was the person the follow-ups, the admin, and the client onboarding fell to. And over time, one pattern kept showing up everywhere I looked.

Everything depended on the owner. Manual follow-ups. Repetitive admin. Too many tools that didn't talk to each other. No real system underneath any of it. The business grew, and the owner's week just got heavier.

So I automated my own job, one piece at a time, and it worked. That's why I started BlueCore Automation. Today, I help businesses replace manual work with smart AI automation, so growth doesn't require more hours, more stress, or constant oversight from one exhausted person.

My focus isn't flashy tech. It's simple, reliable systems that save time and support long-term growth. The kind you stop noticing because they just work.

What I build

• AI voice receptionists. They answer every call, day and night, book appointments, transfer to a human when needed, and log everything in your CRM. There's a live demo on the homepage: it calls you back in about 30 seconds.
• Custom AI automation builds. Your business runs on processes nobody else has. I map yours and automate the parts that eat your week, from lead follow-up to invoicing.
• AI automation for social media. So you stay visible without spending your evenings writing posts.
• Web development and design. Websites built to book calls, not win design awards.

I build with tools like n8n, Claude, OpenAI, Vapi, Twilio, and ElevenLabs, and I pick the stack based on what your business actually needs, not what's trendy.

How I work

You know the price before I start. One fixed price, agreed before I start, and you pay it when the system is built and running. No retainer, no hourly billing, no discovery phase I invoice you for. Before any of it, we agree in writing what built and running actually means for your business, and you pay when it meets that standard. Every build is custom, so the price depends on scope, and you cover the tool costs that run your system (like API usage). I keep those lean, and you see them before we start. No surprises.

I take on 3 to 5 clients a month. Every system I ship carries my name, so every build gets my full attention. There is no team to hand you off to and no junior learning on your build. That cap is why slots are sometimes limited, and I'd rather turn work away than do it halfway.

Fully remote, six regions. BlueCore serves businesses across the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Dubai, and Europe. Everything is built and delivered online, wherever you are.

Honesty over salesmanship. The free automation audit is a real audit: 30 minutes walking through how your business runs today. You leave with a written list of what's worth automating and what each item would save you, even if we never work together.

Why I write the blog

The blog is where I put the things I explain to business owners every week: why speed to lead decides who wins the client, what a missed call really costs, how appointment reminders and invoice chasing can run themselves. It's my experience, written plainly, so you can copy the ideas whether or not you ever hire me.
