BlueCore Automation is one person. Me. I build the AI voice agents and automation systems that answer calls, follow up with leads, and run day-to-day operations for small businesses across the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Dubai, and Europe. You deal with me from the first call to the handover.
I started out as a graphic designer in 2018 and went Top Rated on Upwork. From 2020 to 2025 I ran the backend operations for two business coaches: the follow-ups, the admin, the onboarding, the quiet work that eats a week. One pattern kept showing up: everything depended on the owner. Manual follow-ups. Repetitive admin. Too many tools. No real system.
So I automated my own job, and then started building the same systems for other people. That’s why I started BlueCore. I didn’t learn how a small business runs from a brief or a discovery questionnaire, I learned it from the inside. That’s what I build from: automation that holds, so growth doesn’t require more hours, more stress, or constant oversight.
