Stay visible without spending your evenings on it.
Most owners know they should post consistently. Almost nobody has the hour a day it takes. This is the system that keeps you showing up without the content calendar becoming another job you do after dinner.
What gets automated
- Content drafting in your voice. Trained on how you actually talk, from your existing posts, your site, and a conversation with me. Not generic AI filler that any business in your industry could have posted.
- Scheduling and publishing. Queued across your platforms and posted on time without you opening an app.
- Engagement triage. Comments and DMs sorted, with the ones that look like real enquiries pushed to you instead of buried under emoji replies.
- Repurposing. One piece of work turned into several formats, so a single good idea does not get used once and forgotten.
- Reporting that means something. What actually drove enquiries, not a wall of vanity metrics.
Where I draw the line
You approve content before it goes out. That is the default, and I recommend keeping it that way.
Fully autonomous posting is technically easy and usually a mistake. Your social presence is your reputation, and the failure mode is not a boring post, it is a tone-deaf one going out on a day when it reads badly. A thirty second approval step costs you almost nothing and prevents the thing you would actually regret.
I will build it either way if you insist. I will tell you first that I think it is the wrong call.
Who this suits
Owners who are the face of the business and know it, but keep dropping off the platforms for weeks at a time. Coaches, consultants, agencies, trades with a local following, and practices where people choose you partly because they recognise you.
If nobody buys from you because of social, this is not where your money should go first. An audit would probably point you at your phone or your follow-up instead, and I would rather say that than sell you the wrong build.
How it fits with everything else
Social generates enquiries. Enquiries need answering fast, or they go cold, which is why this works best alongside something that answers and something that follows up. Getting attention you then fail to convert is an expensive way to stay busy.
Common questions
Will the posts sound like AI wrote them?
That is the main thing I work to avoid. The system is trained on how you already write and the output goes to you for approval, so anything that sounds off gets caught before it publishes. Generic AI content is worse than posting nothing.
Which platforms does it cover?
The ones your customers actually use, most often Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. I would rather do two platforms properly than five badly.
Do I still need to do anything?
You approve content and you show up for the conversations that matter. The system removes the writing, formatting, scheduling, and sorting, not the relationship.
Can it handle comments and DMs on its own?
It sorts and drafts, and it flags anything that looks like a real enquiry. I do not recommend letting it reply unsupervised to anything that could turn into a sale or a complaint.
How much does it cost?
Custom, like everything else. One fixed price agreed before I start, paid when the system is built and running, with no hourly billing. You cover the tool costs that run it and you see those before we start. The free audit is where you get a real number.
